Statutory Declaration under the RTI act 2005

The college has been included by the UGC under 2(f) & 12B and affiliated to Guru Jambheshwar University of Science & Technology Hisar.  The College comes under “Plan” and “Non-Plan” category of state government; therefore, financial transactions are audited by the Govt. Auditors. The college has different committees to maintain all types of discipline in the in the campus. The applications under the RTI Act along with a postal order/demand draft for Rs. 10.00 obtained in favour of Principal/SPIO, Govt. College Nalwa. This application may be sent to the State Public Information Officer (SPIO) or handed over in his/her office by hand. All information about the college is open for the public and it can be obtained by citizens of India.
